研究目的：

探索聚乙二醇化重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子联合活性骨髓防护用于一级预防局部晚期宫颈癌同步放化疗所致中性粒细胞减少的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the effectiveness and safety of pegylated recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor combined with active bone marrow protection for primary prevention of neutropenia caused by concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy for locally advanced cervical cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1．年龄18-70周岁。
2．经组织病理学确诊为宫颈癌，且FIGO分期为Ib2、IIa2、IIb、III、IVa期患者。
3．体力状况ECOG评分（PS）为0-1。
4．预计生存期大于12周。
5．器官功能水平必须符合下列要求： 外周血：白细胞绝对计数（WBC)≥4×10^9/L，中性粒细胞绝对计数（ANC)≥2×10^9/L,血红蛋白≥110g/L，血小板(PLT)≥100×10^9/L. 肝脏：胆红素≤2倍正常值上限，天冬氨酸转氨酶（AST)和丙氨酸转氨酶（ALT)≤2.5倍正常值上限,尿素氮(BUN) ≤正常值上限×1.5，肌酐(Cr)≤正常值上限×1.5。
6　能理解本试验并已签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-70 years.
2. Cervical cancer was diagnosed by histopathology, and the FIGO staging was Ib2, IIa2, IIb, III, IVa patients.
3. The physical fitness ECOG score (PS) is 0-1.
4. The expected survival time is greater than 12 weeks.
5. The organ function level must meet the following requirements: Peripheral blood: absolute white blood cell count (WBC) >= 4x10^9/L, absolute neutrophil count (ANC) >= 2x10^9/L, hemoglobin >= 110g/L, platelets (PLT) >=100x10^9/L. Liver: bilirubin <= 2 times the upper limit of normal, aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) <= 2.5 times the upper limit of normal, urea nitrogen (BUN) <= normal Upper limit x 1.5, creatinine (Cr) <= upper limit of normal x 1.5.
6. Be able to understand this trial and have signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.目前或既往接受过全身化疗或盆腔放疗的患者。
2.任何明确有引起外周血细胞异常疾病的患者。
3.有严重未控制的内科疾病或急性感染者。
4.有精神疾病病史的患者。
5.处于怀孕期或哺乳期的女性患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have received systemic chemotherapy or pelvic radiotherapy at present or in the past.
2. Any patient who clearly has a disease causing abnormal peripheral blood cells.
3. Those who have serious uncontrolled medical diseases or acute infections.
4. Patients with a history of mental illness.
5. Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
