研究目的：

通过在化疗的不同阶段进行多时间点的颅脑MRI影像形态学检查、病理学生化指标以及心理学认知功能的评估，综合评价患儿的身心健康状况，为改善患儿家庭生活质量的远期目标提供准确预期及时干预的依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Through morphological examinations of cranial MRI images, pathological biomarkers, and assessment of psychology cognitive function in multiple phases, comprehensively evaluate the physical and mental health of children. Aim to provide basis of accurate and timely intervention to improve the family life quality of children.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

按WHO急性白血病最新分类标准，骨髓涂片中原始／幼稚细胞淋巴细胞比例≥20％即诊断，融合基因阳性则确诊；骨髓涂片中原始／幼稚细胞淋巴细胞比例≥30％明确诊断。

Inclusion criteria

According to the latest classification criteria of acute leukemia in WHO, the proportion of primary/primary cell lymphocytes in bone marrow smears≥20% is diagnosed and fusion gene positive is diagnosed; in bone marrow smear, the proportion of primary/imma cell lymphocytes ≥30% is definitely diagnosed.

排除标准：

（1）已经过治疗，（2）脑内有出血性病灶，（3） 脑部有发育畸形；（4）
患有代谢性疾病，（5）有MR 幽闭恐惧症；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Have been treated before this study; (2) have hemorrhagic lesions in the brain; (3) have developmental malformations in the brain; (4)
With metabolic disorders; (5) with MR claustrophobia.
