研究目的：

儿童自身免疫性脑炎的综合治疗更加规范，尽最大努力改善此类患儿的预后。  

Objectives of Study：

Comprehensive treatment of children's autoimmune encephalitis is more standardized, and efforts should be made to improve the prognosis of such children.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

确诊病例即开始：所有确诊病例均采用《中国自身免疫性脑炎诊治专家共识》的治疗方案，一线治疗静脉丙种球蛋白（2g/ Kg）和激素治疗（15-20mg/ Kg），用药后2周评估。改良Rankins评分改善≥1分者，继之以口服强的松（1-2mg/ Kg.d）半年；改善不足≥1分者，立即启动二线治疗，利妥昔单抗（375mg/m2）或环玲酰胺（750mg/m2），继之以口服强的松半年。部分病例长期口服强的松不能耐受或疗效不佳，则口服麦考酚酯（10-20mg/ Kg.d）或硫唑嘌呤（1-2mg/ Kg.d）1年. 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）有自身免疫性脑炎相关的神经、精神症状，2）血和脑脊液免疫性脑炎抗体检测（抗NMDAR、AMPA1、AMPA2、LGI1、CASPR2、GABA抗体），确诊自身免疫性脑炎。

Inclusion criteria

1) There are autoimmune encephalitis related neurologic and psychiatric symptoms, 2) autoimmune encephalitis antibody test was positive in blood and cerebrospinal fluid (anti NMDAR, AMPA1, AMPA2, LGI1, CASPR2, GABA antibody), and diagnosis of autoimmune encephalitis.

排除标准：

不能配合治疗、随访的病人。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who can not cooperate with treatment or follow-up.
