研究目的：

针对ICU中存在困难脱机风险的机械通气患者，需要反复进行胸部影像学检查的人群，随机应用肺部超声评分检查或床旁胸片检查指导患者肺部疾病的治疗，通过对比两组患者的临床体征、实验室检查及预后等指标，从而希望说明肺部超声评分系统对于患者的指导价值优于，或至少不劣于目前常用的影像学检查手段  

Objectives of Study：

For patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU who need repeated chest imaging examination, lung ultrasound score or bedside chest X-ray examination were randomly used to guide the treatment of lung diseases, It is hoped that the guiding value of pulmonary ultrasound scoring system for patients is better than, or at least not inferior to, the commonly used imaging examination methods

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18岁-85岁；
2. 入住ICU，机械通气大于48小时，存在长期机械通气风险；
3. 患者存在原发或继发的肺部疾病；④患者签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-85 years old;
2. ICU stay, mechanical ventilation more than 48 hours, there is a long-term risk of mechanical ventilation;
3. The patient had primary or secondary lung disease;
4. Informed consent was signed by the patient.

排除标准：

1. 高位颈髓疾病引起截瘫；
2. 妊娠期妇女；
3. 严重的粒细胞缺乏患者及严重获得性免疫缺陷患者；
4. 患者胸壁有重大创伤或大手术等无法进行超声扫查；
5. 拒绝签署知情同意的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Paraplegia caused by high cervical spinal cord disease;
2. Pregnant women;
3. Patients with severe agranulocytosis and severe acquired immunodeficiency;
4. The patient's chest wall has major trauma or major surgery, so it can't be scanned by ultrasound;
5. Patients who refused to sign informed consent.
