Objectives of Study：

To investigate the application of acoustic shadowing facilitates ultrasound-guided radial artery puncture in the standardized training of residents in anesthesiology.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.在青岛市市立医院住院医师规范化培训基地的第一年住院医师；
2.每位住院医师入科前从未接触或操作过超声引导下桡动脉穿刺置管。

Inclusion criteria

1. Resident doctors in their first year of the standardized training from Qingdao Municipal Hospital;
2. Each resident that had never received any ultrasound-guided radial artery puncture and catheterization training before admission.

排除标准：

有工作经验的第一年住院医师。

Exclusion criteria：

Resident physician for the first year with work experience.
