研究目的：

应用磁共振检查观察SGA 新生儿脑微观结构、脑灌注、脑氧代谢率的变化，依据脑损伤类型、病灶大小、数量、形态、分布随访，为深入了解SGA脑损伤病理生理情况、病灶演变、预测患儿预后提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the changes of brain microstructure, cerebral perfusion and cerebral oxygen metabolism rate in neonates with SGA by magnetic resonance imaging. According to the type of brain injury, the size, number, shape and distribution of lesions, follow-up was conducted to provide reference for further understanding the pathophysiology of brain injury, the evolution of lesions and predicting the prognosis of children with SGA.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

选取来我院新生儿病房新生儿为研究对象，在获得监护人知情同意书及伦理委员会同意权的前提下，观察SGA 新生儿磁共振检查脑微观结构、脑灌注、脑氧代谢率的变化，探讨SGA 脑损伤病理生理变化、病灶演变、患儿预后。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The changes of brain microstructure, cerebral perfusion and cerebral oxygen metabolism rate of SGA newborns were observed under the premise of informed consent of guardians and consent of ethics committee. The pathophysiological changes, lesion evolution and prognosis of SGA brain injury were discussed. 

纳入标准：

1.中国医科大学附属盛京医院新生儿；
2.出生后1-2天的健康和SGA新生儿(SGA新生儿是指新生儿出生体重低于同胎龄同性别平均出生体重的两个标准差)；
3.获得监护人知情同意书及伦理委员会同意权。

Inclusion criteria

1. Neonates from Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University;
2. Healthy and SGA newborns 1-2 days after birth (SGA newborns are defined as newborn birth weight is less than two standard deviations of the mean birth weight for the same gestational age and sex.);
3. Obtain informed consent from the guardian and consent from the Ethics Committee.

排除标准：

1. 颅内感染、遗传代谢性脑病、先天畸形者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Intracranial infection, hereditary metabolic encephalopathy and congenital malformation.
