研究目的：

主要目的：探索围术期电针在肺切除术中的应用，对术后新发房颤的干预作用，以及对术后发生房颤的高危因素（如：术后炎症、疼痛、BNP）的影响，降低围术期房颤的发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To explore the application of perioperative electroacupuncture in pneumonectomy, the intervention effect on postoperative new atrial fibrillation, and the influence on high-risk factors of postoperative atrial fibrillation (such as postoperative inflammation, pain, BNP), so as to reduce the incidence of perioperative atrial fibrillation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.肺部肿瘤，且符合胸腔镜肺叶或全肺切除术的患者，无其他严重合并症；
2.年龄60-85岁，ASA分级I~III级，性别不限；
3.已完成入院辅助检查，且无免疫系统疾病患者；
4.理解、同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. No other serious complications occurred in the patients with lung tumor who underwent thoracoscopic lobectomy or pneumonectomy;
2. Aged 60 to 85 years, ASA i-iii, no gender restriction;
3. Patients who have completed auxiliary examination and have no immune system diseases;
4. Those who understand and agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.术前有心律失常者；
2.术前存在甲状腺功能障碍者；
3.术前1个月内有服用过β-受体阻滞剂及洋地黄类药物；
4.有心胸外科手术史；
5.有上肢或者下肢神经损伤的病人；
6.经穴局部有皮肤感染的病人；
7.有针灸治疗史的病人；
8.不能配合完成研究计划的病人，包括语言困难、传染病及其它病史；
9.近四周内参加过其它临床试验病人。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Arrhythmia before operation;
2. The patients with thyroid dysfunction before operation;
3. Taken within 1 month before operation β- Receptor blockers and digitalis;
4. History of cardiothoracic surgery;
5. The patients with nerve injury of upper limb or lower extremity;
6. Patients with skin infection in the acupoints;
7. Patients with acupuncture and moxibustion treatment history;
8. Patients who cannot cooperate with the completion of the research plan, including language difficulties, infectious diseases and other medical history;
9. Participated in other clinical trials in the past four weeks.
