研究目的：

最近的几项研究表明，NETs在脑卒中、心肌梗死和深静脉血栓形成等多种血栓形成中起着重要作用，但肝硬化门静脉血栓未有研究。本文旨在研究NETs标志物对凝血过程是否存在促进作用，能否预测肝硬化患者门静脉血栓形成，从而建立一种新型预测因子指导临床决策。  

Objectives of Study：

Several recent studies have suggested that NETs play an important role in a variety of thrombosis, including stroke, myocardial infarction, and deep vein thrombosis, but portal vein thrombosis in cirrhosis has not been studied. The aim of this study was to investigate whether NETs markers can promote the coagulation process and predict portal vein thrombosis in patients with cirrhosis, so as to establish a novel predictor to guide clinical decision-making.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合《2019年肝硬化诊治指南》诊断的肝硬化患者；
（2）符合《2015 年欧洲肝病学会临床实践指南：肝脏血管病》中门静脉血栓的诊断标准。彩色超声、CT、MRI 和其他影像学检查证实了门静脉血栓的存在，以及血栓分布的具体位置。

Inclusion criteria

（1) Patients with cirrhosis diagnosed in accordance with the 2019 Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cirrhosis;
(2) In accordance with the diagnostic criteria of portal vein thrombosis in the 2015 European Society of Hepatology Clinical Practice Guidelines: Hepatic Vascular Diseases. Color ultrasound, CT, MRI, and other imaging studies confirmed the presence of portal vein thrombosis and the specific location of the thrombosis.

排除标准：

（1）合并原发性或继发性肝恶性肿瘤的患者；
（2）合并血液系统疾病的患者；
（3）布-加综合征患者；
（4）资料不全的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with primary or secondary liver malignancy;
(2) patients with hematologic diseases;
(3) patients with Bud-Chiah syndrome;
(4) Patients with incomplete data.
