研究目的：

通过临床研究，明确电针是否能够减轻神经重症患者的应激性溃疡，改善预后，以及这种作用是否与迷走神经功能和（或）低氧诱导因子-1α调控密切相关。  

Objectives of Study：

Through clinical research, it is clear whether electroacupuncture can reduce stress ulcers in severely ill patients and improve the prognosis, and whether this effect is closely related to the regulation of vagus nerve function and/or hypoxia-inducible factor-1α.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合中、西医脑出血合并应激性溃疡诊断标准和中医分类标准；
2.美国麻醉师协会（American Association of Anesthesia，ASA）分级I～III级；
3.年龄18～75岁，性别不限；
4.体重指数18Kg/m^2＜BMI≤31kg/m^2；
5.既往无消化道溃疡病史；
6.既往无胃肠道手术史；
7.近期未接受针刺治疗；
8.患者代理人签署知情同意书自愿接受本治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of cerebral hemorrhage with stress ulcer in Chinese and Western medicine and the classification criteria of Chinese medicine;
2. American Association of Anesthesia (ASA) classification I-III;
3. Aged 18-75 years, no gender limit;
4. Body mass index 18Kg/m^2 5. No history of peptic ulcer;
6. No previous history of gastrointestinal surgery;
7. Have not received acupuncture treatment recently;
8. The patient's agent signed an informed consent form to voluntarily accept this treatment.

排除标准：

1.心功能衰竭；
2.重度呼吸功能不全；
3.肝肾功能不全；
4.血液系统疾病；
5.精神疾病；
6.发病前7d接受激素类药物治疗；
7.使用阿司匹林等抗凝药物治疗；
8.妊娠期或哺乳期妇女；
9.经穴局部皮肤感染者；
10.过敏体质；
11.晕针。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Heart failure;
2. Severe respiratory insufficiency;
3. Liver and kidney dysfunction;
4. Diseases of the blood system;
5. Mental illness;
6. Receive hormone therapy 7 days before the onset;
7. Use anticoagulant drugs such as aspirin for treatment;
8. Women during pregnancy or lactation;
9. Patients with local skin infections at acupoints;
10. Allergic physique;
11. Fainted needles.

The random number sequence is calculated by a computer. This random number sequence will be printed out and placed in a separate sealed envelope. Patients will be randomly divided into control group (Control group) or electroacupuncture group (EA group) with a 1:1 allocation ratio.

Blinding：

We set up a blind code to prevent patients from having adverse reactions. Random codes and blind codes will be stored in an opaque envelope by a third party independent of the research. The envelope will be sealed and disrupted, and the records will not be released and transferred until after the research is over. Trial investigators, neurosurgeons, neurosurgery care unit doctors, anesthesiologists, outcome assessors, and data analysts are unaware of treatment allocation to minimize potential sources of bias. Only certain researchers know the group assignments of the participants. However, the researcher will not know any other information about the patient.
