Objectives of Study：

To study the effects of prone ventilation on oxygenation and hemodynamics, and to explore the safety of early prone ventilation after lung transplantation.

纳入标准：

( 1 )年龄≥18岁，<100岁成年病人行肺移植手术，其种族 、国籍、性别不限
( 2 ) 研究符合赫尔辛基宣言及中国临床试验研究法规 ( 3 )经影像学证实或病理诊断证实。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Adult patients aged ≥18 years old and <100 years old underwent lung transplantation, regardless of race, nationality and gender

(2) The study was in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and the Regulations of China on Clinical Trial Research. (3) The study was confirmed by imaging or pathological diagnosis.

排除标准：

(1)病历资料不全者
(2)不能耐受俯卧位通气患者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Incomplete medical records

(2) patients who cannot tolerate prone ventilation
