药物成份或治疗方案详述: |
书写表达共持续4周,总4次,每周一次,每次30分钟以上,第一周进行第一阶段书写,第二、三周进行第二阶段书写,第四周进行第三阶段书写。书写在医院艾滋病关怀机构的一间单独的房间进行,研究者予患者指导语,患者在纸张上完成书写任务,告知患者书写时不必关注语句通顺,语法对错,重在表露自己的想法。以下是每一阶段书写的指导语: (1)阶段一:自我面对 “在得知自己感染HIV之后,你有什么样的感受?你会回忆起什么样的事情?你会对自己有什么样的看法?你的情绪有什么样的变化?你在行为上(比如去医院看病、去超市买东西、去朋友家)有什么变化?在你想到的事情中,最痛苦的事情是什么?……” (2) 阶段二:请帮帮你最好的朋友 第一次:“请想象一下,你有一个最好的朋友叫“小安”。但是刚刚,小安得知自己感染了HIV,他手足无措,他心里经受着和你当时一样的痛苦,他难以接受自己,甚至不敢出门,你觉得小安的心里还会有什么样的想法?或者会做出什么样的事情?你觉得他应该这样想或这样做吗?请你一定要开导他,给他最中肯的建议……请围绕以上的内容给小安写一封信,给小安分析一下他现在的情况。尽量给小安积极的言语支持。” 第二次:“上一次,你给你最好的朋友——小安写了一封信,小安看完之后心里得到了很大的释怀,但是他还是有些没法接受自己,他怕你会因为他感染HIV而离开他,同时他又怕自己的身体撑不了多久了……请围绕以上的内容给小安写一封信,帮小安分析一下他目前存在什么问题,给小安提供一些建议,多安慰安慰小安,给他一些积极的看法,帮助他走出困境。” (3)阶段三:与“他”告别 “在你前两封信的帮助下,小安已经开始逐渐乐观起来,小安也把你帮助他的经历告诉了其他感染者朋友。很多感染者知道后很想知道你是如何走出“阴影”的,所以,请帮帮这些网友,给他们写一篇博客,讲述你自己的观点和建议吧。博文的题目叫做“我要对‘曾经的我’说再见”,请把曾经的“不快乐的我”称为“他”,列举“他”在感染HIV之后种种不快乐的想法,并说明这些不快乐的想法对“他”的生活非常不利并且根本没必要;同时,请下定决心,告诉每一位网友,要和“他”告别,做一个新的“我”。 |

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail: |
The expressive writing was carried out in a separate room of the AIDS-care institution in the hospital. The participants were left alone in that room when the expressive writing was performed. In the four-sessions’ expressive writing in this study, participants need to write from the perspective of the first person (session one, use “I” to express), the second person (session two and three, use “you” to express) and the third person (session four, use “he” to express) to express their experiences and feelings after knew as an HIV infector. Each participant was asked to finish writing tasks once a week for four weeks, the time for each writing session must be more than 30 minutes. Before the writing began, participants were encouraged to write about their thoughts and emotions related to their disease after being infected with HIV as much as possible, and they were also told not to pay much attention to grammar and the accuracy of words expressed in the writing, the most important thing was expressing themselves. The following are the instructions for each stage: (1) Session one: Self-confrontation: "how do you feel after learning that you are infected with HIV? What do you think of yourself? What are the changes of your mood? What are the changes of your behavior? What kind of painful things will you recall? ……" (2) Session two: Help your best friend and write him a letter: "you have a best friend named Andy, Andy is at a loss and feels miserable since he learned that he was infected with HIV. What kind of thoughts do you think Andy will have? What will he do after think of the bad things? Do you think he should think or act like this? Please enlighten him and give him the most pertinent advice. (3) Session three: Your best friend needs your help again: "Last time, you wrote a letter to your best friend Andy. After reading this letter, Andy feel a little relieved, but he still could not accept himself. He is afraid that you would leave him because of his disease. He is afraid that his life would not last long." Please write a letter to help Andy analyze his situations and give him some positive suggestions to help him out of the predicament. " (4) Session four: Say good bye to “him”: with the help of your previous two letters, Andy is becoming more and more optimistic. He told other people with HIV about the experience of being helped by you. After hearing that, many people with HIV eagerly want you to tell them how to step out of the shadow, so please help them, write them a blog titled" I want to say goodbye to him". Please call the once miserable " me " as " him ", list all kinds of bad thoughts of "him" after being infected, then find its hazardness and unnecessity to you. Lastly, please make up your mind to say goodbye to "him" and be a new "me". |

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture: |
In this study, the paper version of patient case record form (CRF) will be not used, Epidata 3.1 will be used as the Electronic Data Capture (EDC) to manage data. The researchers perform the measurement using electronic questionnaires through QuestionnaireStar platform at baseline, the end of the intervention and 4 weeks after the intervention. After the participants fill in the questionnaires, the researchers will export the data and transcribe them into EDC. |
