研究目的：

急性缺血性脑卒中或短暂性脑缺血入院患者，应用超声多模态检查记录斑块回声、表面形态、钙化结节位置及是否凸入内膜，超声造影有无新生血管及分级，弹性成像评估斑块软硬度，将上述超声多模态参数作为自变量，随访患者是否再发缺血性脑卒中进行回归分析，明确超声多模态各声像图特征及参数的危险因素及相对危险度大小。  

Objectives of Study：

Acute ischemic stroke or transient cerebral lack of patients, using ultrasound multi-modal examination record plaque echoes, surface morphology, calcification nodule position, neovascularization and grading are deteminced by contrast-enhanced ultrasound.Using elastography to evaluate plaque hardness.Taking the above-mentioned ultrasound multimodal parameters as independent variables, follow-up patients with recurrent ischemic stroke for regression analysis. To determine the risk factors and relative risk of ultrasonic multimodal sonogram characteristics and parameters.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

急性缺血性脑卒中或短暂性脑缺血发作（发病3天之内入院）
18岁以上成年人（中国公民）
颈动脉分叉或颈内动脉斑块形成患者，无狭窄或狭窄率＜70%
斑块厚度大于等于2mm

Inclusion criteria

Acute ischemic stroke or transient ischemic attack (hospitalized within 3 days of onset)
Adults over 18 years of age (Chinese citizens)
Patients with carotid bifurcation or internal carotid artery plaque formation, no stenosis or stenosis rate < 70%
Plaque thickness greater than or equal to 2mm

排除标准：

满足以下任一条件的患者需从研究中排除：
狭窄率≥70%
斑块大部分钙化（≥70%）
心功能不全、肾功能不全
颈动脉支架
大动脉炎及颈动脉夹层等其他颈动脉疾病
房颤、卵圆孔未闭、左心耳血栓

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with any of the following conditions should be excluded from the study:
stenosis rate ≥ 70%
plaque calcification (≥ 70%)
cardiac insufficiency, renal insufficiency
carotid artery stent
arteritis and other carotid artery dissection
atrial fibrillation, patent foramen ovale, left atrial appendage thrombus.
