研究目的：

通过免疫组化技术检测AR-V7在前列腺癌组织中的表达，回顾性收集病人预后资料，同时前瞻性地随访观察前列腺癌手术治疗后的辅助内分泌治疗的疗效，揭示AR-V7与前列腺癌辅助内分泌治疗预后的关系，评估免疫组化检测AR-V7在性前列腺癌病理诊断及预后评估中的意义，并为临床治疗提供指导意见。  

Objectives of Study：

Through immunohistochemical techniques, detect AR-V7 expressing level in prostate cancer tissue.Collect the patients' prognosis information and meanwhile prospectively followed up to observe the treatment effect of adjuvant endocrine therapy after radical prostatectomy of prostate cancer and the prognosis information. To reveal the relationship between the prognosis of adjuvan endocrine therapy of prostate cancer and AR - V7 expressing level, evaluate AR-V7 immunohistochemical detection in pathological diagnosis of prostate cancer and prognosis, and provide guidance for clinical treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①前列腺癌根治术术前影像学检查或术后病理检查发现存在寡转移灶；
②已经广泛转移的晚期前列腺癌行前列腺癌姑息性减瘤手术；
③前列腺癌根治术术后病理检查切缘阳性，且因为年龄或身体条件因素，或顾虑放疗副作用，无法或拒绝接受放疗的患者；
符合上述条件之一，在进行手术治疗后采用辅助内分泌治疗的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Oligometastasis was found in preoperative imaging or postoperative pathological examination of prostate cancer radical surgery;
2. Palliative tumor-reducing surgery for prostate cancer has been performed in patients with advanced metastatic prostate cancer;
3. The pathological examination of prostate cancer after radical mastectomy is positive, and because of age or physical condition factors, or considering the side effects of radiotherapy, patients who cannot or refuse to receive radiotherapy;
In accordance with one of the above conditions, patients undergoing surgical treatment are assisted with endocrine therapy.

排除标准：

①具有严重的心肺、肝肾等基础疾病的患者；
②拒绝接受治疗的患者；
③没能按医嘱要求规范进行治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases;
2. patients who refused treatment;
3. Patients who were not treated according to the doctors requirements.
