研究目的：

应用超声造影构建肾血流灌注功能图谱，利用超声造影检测和检测肾瘢痕。评估CEUS对肾瘢痕的诊断准确性。为儿童肾瘢痕的早期诊断、早期干预提供依据，对行手术治疗时机选择予以一定的指导作用。评判超声造影定量分析能否逐步替代有创性检查，并进行长期随访。  

Objectives of Study：

To apply ultrasonography (CEUS) to construct a functional map of renal blood perfusion and to detect and detect renal scarring using ultrasonography. To assess the diagnostic accuracy of CEUS for renal scarring. To provide a basis for early diagnosis and early intervention of renal scar in children, and to give some guidance on the selection of timing for performing surgical treatment. To evaluate whether quantitative ultrasonographic analysis can gradually replace invasive examinations and provide long-term follow-up.

纳入标准：

泌尿系超声、排尿性膀胱尿道造影提示存在膀胱输尿管返流的患儿，可获取DMSA资料

Inclusion criteria

Urinary ultrasound and voiding cystourethrography in a child with vesicoureteral reflux

排除标准：

1.已知具有试验药物使用禁忌证者
2.已知对试验用药物所含成分过敏者
3.其他泌尿系统畸形
4.既往用药、疾病、外伤、感染、手术有肾脏损伤可能
5.对造影剂不耐受，过敏体质患儿
6.研究者认为不适合参加临床试验者
7.心脏、肺先天发育异常，合并免疫系统疾病或接受免疫治疗
8.合并严重的心脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统原发性疾病，肝功能大于参考值上限1.5倍、肾功能超过参考值上限者
9.3个月内曾参加过或正在参加其他临床试验者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Known contraindications to the use of the test drug
2. Known allergy to the components of the test drug
3. Other urinary system abnormalities
4. Previous medication, disease, trauma, infection, surgery with possible kidney damage
5. Intolerance to contrast media, allergic children
6. Those who are considered unsuitable for clinical trials by the investigator
7. congenital abnormalities of heart or lung development, combined with immune system diseases or receiving immunotherapy
8. Combination of serious primary diseases of the cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic, renal and hematopoietic systems, liver function greater than 1.5 times the upper limit of the reference value, renal function exceeding the upper limit of the reference value
9. Have participated or are participating in other clinical trials within 3 months
