探索全凭静脉麻醉和静吸复合麻醉对老年患者出现术后认知功能障碍临床表现相关因素及蛋白和基因分析  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to explore the effect of total intravenous anesthesia and Intravenous Inhalation Anesthesia on postoperative cognitive dysfunction in elderly patients

纳入标准：

65岁以上的老年非颅脑，非心脏手术ASAI-II级患者

Inclusion criteria

Elderly patients over 65 years old with ASAI-II grade of non craniocerebral and non cardiac surgery

排除标准：

1.年龄不符合
2.已诊断AD的患者
3.术前认知量表不能配合及诊断异常患者
4.长期服用精神药物患者
5.ASAIII级及以上患者
6.拒绝参与研究的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age does not match

2. Patients diagnosed with AD

3. Preoperative cognitive scale can not cooperate with and diagnose abnormal patients

4. Patients taking psychotropic drugs for a long time

5. Patients with ASAIII or above

6. Patients who refused to participate in the study
