研究目的：

探索深度神经肌肉阻滞联合低气腹压力用于老年患者腹腔镜手术，可以为手术提供较好的视野，并改善气腹时肾脏灌注，减轻气腹所致肾损伤。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the application of deep neuromuscular block combined with low pneumoperitoneum pressure in laparoscopic surgery for elderly patients, provide better vision for surgery, improve renal perfusion during pneumoperitoneum, and reduce renal injury caused by pneumoperitoneum.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.老年患者（65岁及以上），拟行机器人辅助下前列腺癌（膀胱癌）根治术；
2.术前肾功能基本正常（肌酐清除率>60ml/min）；
3.ASA分级I-III级的患者；
4.BMI<30kg/m^2；
5.自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Elderly patients (65 years old and above), planning to undergo robot-assisted radical resection of prostate cancer (bladder cancer);
2. Renal function is basically normal before operation (creatinine clearance rate>60ml/min);
3. Patients with ASA classification I-III;
4. BMI<30kg/m^2;
5. Sign the informed consent form voluntarily.

排除标准：

1.重症肌无力；
2.近3个月内应用激素患者；
3.研究者认为不适合参与本研究者；
4.正参加其它临床试验的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Myasthenia gravis;
2. Patients using hormones within the past 3 months;
3. The researcher believes that it is not suitable to participate in this research;
4. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials.
