研究目的：

主要目的：构建生物节律紊乱人群健康多组学大数据集； 绘制生物节律紊乱的动态分子表型图谱;寻找生物节律紊乱响应的失能关键分子和信号通路；建立多组学生物节律紊乱人群的健康精准预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To investigate molecular mechanism variation and adverse outcomes associated with Circadian rhythm disorder by studying a prospective cohort of circadian rhythm disorder and controls at term using Multi-omics data. The study has been tasked with developing precise health promotion model for the population with Circadian rhythm disorder to prevent and manage diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在 18～40岁之间；
2.无意识障碍，思维语言表达能力正常；
3.生物节律紊乱≥3月；
4.按要求完成体检，且体检合格者；
5.自愿参加。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 to 40 years old;
2. Unconscious disorder, normal thinking and language expression ability;
3. Biorhythm disorder >= 3 months;
4. Complete the physical examination as required and pass the physical examination;
5. Volunteer participation.

排除标准：

1.可能存在的精神心理、睡眠疾病者；
2.存在任何临床诊断的急性和慢性疾病者；
3.孕期及哺乳期；
4.任何原因要求中途退出者的志愿者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. People with possible mental, psychological and sleep disorders;
2. There are any clinically diagnosed acute and chronic diseases;
3. During pregnancy and lactation;
4. Volunteers who are required to withdraw halfway for any reason.
