研究目的：

主要目的：初步明确“针感”强度-自主神经活性-针刺即时镇痛效应之间的关系，同时观察针感与针刺不良事件之间的联系，为针刺“得气”起效机制增加科学内涵，也为临床针刺镇痛的针感强度选择提供实验依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To explore the possible mechanism of "Deqi" in acupuncture, by observing the relationship among needling sensation, autonomic nerve activity and acupuncture analgesic effect. At the same time, the relationship between needling sensation and adverse events will be observed, so as to provide experimental references for the selection of needling sensation intensity in clinical use of acupuncture analgesia and increase the scientific connotation of "Deqi".

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-25岁健康成人；
2.无针灸学知识背景及针灸治疗经历；
3.否认内科疾病及精神疾病史，无疼痛性疾病及感觉障碍，无辣椒过敏史；
4.自愿参与试验并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Healthy adults aged 18 to 25 years;
2.No knowledge background and treatment experience of acupuncture;
3.No history of primary diseases and mental illnesses, no painful diseases and sensory disorders, without allergichistory of pepper;
4.Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.妊娠或哺乳期女性；
2.有出血倾向者；
3.结合病史及检查诊断或疑似疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnant or lactation women;
2.Coagulant function abnormality;
3.Those who are diagnosed or suspected of diseases according to the medical history or examination.
