研究目的：

腹腔镜直肠癌根治术中单荷包或双荷包吻合术的可行性、安全性、经济性。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the feasibility, safety and the economical efficiency of double - pouch anastomosis in laparoscopic radical rectal cancer

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

术前肠镜病理检查明确诊断为直肠腺癌；肿瘤下缘距离肛缘0-12cm；术前影像学检查排除远处转移；按TME要求完成腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术手术；术后病理）据及随访资料完整。

Inclusion criteria

Preoperative colonoscopic pathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of rectal adenocarcinoma; the inferior margin of the tumor was 0-12 cm from the anal margin; preoperative imaging examination excluded distant metastasis; according to the requirements of TMEaparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer; postoperative pathology) according to and follow-up data were complete.

排除标准：

多灶性结直肠癌；术前接受新辅助放化疗；肿瘤无法切除或姑息性手术；因肿瘤梗阻、出血或穿孔等行急诊手术者；同期行末端回肠预防性造瘘；有严重基础疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

Multifocal colorectal cancer; preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy; unresectable or palliative surgery; emergency surgery due to tumor obstruction, bleeding or perforation; simultaneous terminal ileostomy; severe underlying diseases.
