研究目的：

（1）探讨体内维生素A及维生素D水平与ASD临床表型的相关性。（2）研究维生素A、维生素D缺乏增加ASD发病风险的因果关系，并探讨维生素A、维生素D补充治疗ASD儿童的可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To investigate the correlation between vitamin A and vitamin D levels and the clinical phenotype of ASD; (2) To study the effect of vitamin A and vitamin D on the risk of ASD, and to explore the feasibility of vitamin A and vitamin D supplementation therapy for ASD children

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄1.5-18岁，符合美国精神障碍诊断统计手册第5版（DSM-V）ASD标准，结合ADOS、SRS、ABC诊断量表确诊ASD患者；（2）神经系统查体无阳性体征，无明显精神运动发育迟滞；（3）头颅MRI、脑电图未见明显异常；（4）入组前2月内未添加维生素A、维生素D制剂。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged 1.5-18 years old, ASD patients identified by DSM-V, ADOS, SRS and ABC;
(2) There were no positive signs of nervous system examination and no obvious psychomotor retardation;
(3) No significant abnormalities were observed in EEG or MRI;
(4) Vitamin A and vitamin D were not added within 2 months before entering the group.

排除标准：

其他严重精神疾病，神经系统疾病史，染色体、遗传代谢性疾病及其他重大躯体疾病史，如视听障碍、癫痫、苯丙酮尿症、结节性脑硬化、神经纤维瘤、严重脑外伤、自身免疫性疾病、内分泌、心血管、肺、肝肾疾病。监护人不愿参与研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

History of other serious mental disorders, neurological diseases, chromosomal disease, inherited metabolic diseases, and other serious disease, such as audiovisual disorders, epilepsy, phenylketonuria, nodular brain sclerosis, neurofibroma, severe brain trauma, Autoimmune diseases, endocrine disease, cardiovascular, pulmonary disease, liver and kidney diseases. Guardians are reluctant to participate in researche.
