研究目的：

主要目的： 1．探讨小脑梗死后引起中枢性神经受损后的重塑机制,，并以这些机制为突破口寻找新的干预靶点和治疗方法，最终通过神经保护药物、干细胞疗法、神经调节、运动康复等治疗方法达到治疗小脑梗死后神经功能缺损的目的； 2．分析视觉中枢重塑过程在功能磁共振及高密度脑电图上的表现，为中枢性视觉通路重塑提供可行的评估手段； 3．分析视觉中枢重塑与生物标记物和炎性因子的影响，从分子生物学水平为小脑梗死后中枢神经重塑提供机制依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: 1. To explore the remodeling mechanism of central nervous system damage after cerebellar infarction, and to find new intervention targets and treatment methods based on these mechanisms, and finally to achieve the purpose of treating neural function defect after small cerebral infarction through neuroprotective drugs, stem cell therapy, nerve regulation, exercise rehabilitation and other treatment methods; 2. To analyze the performance of functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) and high-density electroencephalogram (HEG) in the process of central visual pathway remodeling, so as to provide a feasible evaluation method for central visual pathway remodeling; 3. To analyze the effects of visual central remodeling and biomarkers and inflammatory factors, and provide the basis for the mechanism of central nerve remodeling after cerebellar infarction from the molecular biological level.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄：18～80岁；
2.依据急性缺血性脑卒中指南2014确诊且头颅MRI证实的小脑梗死患者；
3.发病7-10天之内；
4.初次发病，伴有平衡功能障碍（平衡功能障碍程度程度：Berg平衡量表评分24-42分）和步态异常（起步缓慢，两足步伐的长度和高度不一致，迈步不连续，直线偏离，躯干明显摇晃），且以上症状与头颅MRI病灶相符；
5.意识清楚，在监护下能独自站立10min以上，且能配合检查者；
6.签署知情同意书，无行为能力或限制行为能力者需要法定监护人签署知情同意和签署日期。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 to 80 years;
2. Patients with cerebellar infarction confirmed by MRI according to guidelines for acute ischemic stroke 2014;
3. Within 7-10 days of onset;
4. The first onset was accompanied with balance dysfunction (degree of balance dysfunction: Berg Balance Scale score: 24-42) and abnormal gait (slow start, inconsistent length and height of bipedal steps, discontinuous step, straight line deviation, obvious trunk shaking), and the above symptoms were consistent with the lesions of head MRI;
5. Be conscious, stand alone for more than 10 minutes under supervision, and cooperate with the examiners;
6. To sign the informed consent, the legal guardian is required to sign the informed consent and the signing date for those who have no capacity or limited capacity.

排除标准：

1.脑干或者大脑其他部位有脑梗死病灶者；
2.前庭，脊髓，周围神经病变或者下肢骨关节疾病影响平衡功能者；
3.GCS评分≤5分；
4.发病前存在残障者（改良MRS评分＞2分）；
5.任何无法进行磁共振检查的情况（如：金属物置入，幽闭症、意识不清难以配合等）；
6.合并严重的心、肝、肺、肾等重要脏器功能损害或严重精神障碍（HCT-CI评分≥3分）；
7.合并其他严重疾病而存活期＜90天。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cerebral infarction foci in brain stem or other parts of brain;
2. Vestibule, spinal cord, peripheral neuropathy or lower extremity bone and joint disease affect balance function;
3. GCS score <= 5;
4. Patients with disability before onset (modified Mrs score > 2 points);
5. Any situation that can't be examined by MRI (such as metal implantation, claustrophobia, unconsciousness, etc.);
6. Severe heart, liver, lung, kidney and other important organ dysfunction or severe mental disorders (hct-ci score >= 3 points);
7. With other serious diseases, the survival time is less than 90 days.
