研究目的：

采用随机对照双盲法，根据七氟烷浓度不同进行分组，对老年患者术前、术后进行认知功能评估，对比分析不同浓度七氟烷麻醉对老年患者术后认知功能的影响；同时检测患者术前、术后血浆中Aβ（1-40）水平，观察Aβ（1-40）与POCD之间的联系是否与七氟烷吸入浓度有关，从而为七氟烷麻醉与认知功能障碍的机制研究树立理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

A randomized controlled double blind method was used to evaluate the cognitive function of the elderly patients before and after operation according to the different concentration of sevoflurane. The effects of sevoflurane anesthesia on the cognitive function of the elderly patients were compared and analyzed. The levels of A beta (1-40) in plasma before and after operation were measured, and A beta (1-40) was observed. Whether the relationship between POCD and sevoflurane inhalation concentration is related, so as to establish a theoretical basis for the mechanism of sevoflurane anesthesia and cognitive dysfunction.

纳入标准：

① 受试者自愿并签署知情同意书；
② 年龄≥65岁；
③ ASA分级I~II级；
④ 需实施全身麻醉且手术时间≤ 3 h。

Inclusion criteria

1. The patient understands and is willing to sign an informed consent letter;
2. Aged more than 65 years old male and female;
3. ASA I~II level;
4. General anesthesia is required and the operation time is less than 3 h

排除标准：

① 受教育年限＜6年；
② 术前一天简易精神状态量表 (mini mental status examination，MMSE)评分＜24分；
③ 活动性肝、肾疾病；
④ 脑血管疾病史；
⑤ 患有中枢神经系统及精神疾病；
⑥ 服用镇静剂/抗抑郁药；
⑦ 对吸入性麻醉药有过敏史者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. the number of years of education is less than 6 years;
2. (mini) mental status examination (MMSE) score was less than 24 points a day before operation.
3. active liver and kidney disease;
4. the history of cerebrovascular disease;
5. the central nervous system and mental illness;
6. Take a sedative / antidepressant;
7. There is a history of allergy to inhalation anesthetics.
