研究目的：

评价保妇康栓治疗单纯性VVC的有效性和安全性；  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Bao Fukang suppository in treating simple VCC .

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①有典型VVC临床症状和体征；
②阴道分泌物真菌镜检阳性；
③VVC临床症状和体征评分<7分；
④年龄<50岁有性生活，未绝经的女性。

Inclusion criteria

1. There were typical clinical symptoms and signs of VVC;
2. The vaginal secretions were positive for fungal microscopy;
3. The score of VVC clinical symptoms and signs was <7 points;
4. Aged <50 years old with sexual life, non menopausal women.

排除标准：

①患有其它影响疗效评价的其他阴道炎症（BV/AV/TV/CV），或疑似淋病、单纯性疱疹病毒感染及其他外阴疾患等；
②入组前两周内接受了全身性或阴道抗真菌或抗菌素治疗；
③妊娠期、哺乳期妇女及意向妊娠者；
④肝肾功能不全、免疫功能低下、糖尿病、精神病或患有其他严重疾病的妇女；
⑤过敏体质及对本药品成分过敏的患者；
⑥依从性差者；
⑦治疗期间不使用安全套同房者；
⑧RVVC或者重度VVC者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. suffering from other vaginitis (BV/AV/TV/CV) affecting the curative effect evaluation, or suspected gonorrhea and simplicity,herpes virus infection and other vulvar diseases;
2. Systemic or vaginal antifungal or antibiotic treatment was received within the first two weeks;
3. Pregnant women, lactating women and pregnant women;
4. women with liver and kidney dysfunction, low immune function, diabetes, mental illness or other serious diseases;
5. Allergic constitution and patients who are allergic to this drug ingredient;
6. poor compliance;
7. Patients who did not use condoms during the treatment period;
8. RVVC or severe VVC.
