研究目的：

通过肺部超声手段评价不同的通气保护策略用于预防腔镜胃肠外科手术肺不张中的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the role of different ventilation protection strategies for preventing atelectasis in endoscopic gastrointestinal surgery through lung ultrasound.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

择期行腔镜胃肠外科手术患者60例；
75岁<年龄>18岁；
BMI20～27 kg∕m2；
ASA 分级Ⅰ-Ⅲ级，性别不限。

Inclusion criteria

1. 60 patients are selected for endoscopic gastrointestinal surgery;
2. Patients aged 75 - 18 years;
3. Patients with BMI of 20-27 kg / m2;
4. ASA grade I-III, gender unlimited.

排除标准：

肝肾功能异常；
胸廓异常史；
心功能不全以及严重的肺部疾病（包括FEV1<预估值的30%）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with abnormal liver and kidney function;
2. Patients with abnormal history of thorax;
3. Patients with cardiac insufficiency and severe lung disease (including FEV1 < 30% of the estimated value).
