研究目的：

本项目旨在通过长期随访老年桡骨远端骨折背侧损伤中不同治疗方式、不同损伤位置、不同损伤面积患者的临床功能评价、不良时间的记录及影像学表现。阐明桡骨远端背侧损伤的手术介入阈值，探索不同位置、不同面积桡骨远端背侧损伤科学合理的治疗策略。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to long-term follow-up in the back side of the distal radius fracture damage of different treatment, different damage location and damage evaluation of clinical features of patients with area, bad time record and imaging findings. The surgical intervention threshold of distal radius of the distal radius was clarified, and a reasonable treatment strategy was explored in different locations and in different area of distal radius.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄60岁及以上的单侧闭合性新鲜骨折，骨折类型均为桡骨远端单纯背侧损伤；
（2）既往无手部外伤手术史；
（3）基础疾病控制好；
（4）单侧损伤及患者自愿。

Inclusion criteria

(1) single side closed fresh fractures of the age of 60 years old and above, all of which were the unilateral dorsal injury of the distal radius of the radius;
(2) no history of hand trauma surgery;
(3) control of basic diseases;
(4) unilateral injury and voluntary.

排除标准：

（1）有腕部的陈旧性骨折史、先天畸形、腕关节关节炎者；
（2）合并有前臂软组织严重损伤者；
（3）开放性骨折；
（4）骨折前存在功能障碍者；
（5）全身状况差；
（6）基础疾病控制不佳；
（7）病理性骨折。
（8）正参加其它临床试验的患者；
（9）研究人员认为其他原因不适合临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) the history of old fractures of the wrist, congenital malformations and arthritis of the wrist;
(2) combined with the severe injury of the forearm soft tissue;
(3) open fracture;
(4) those with dysfunction before fracture;
(5) poor general condition;
(6) poor basic disease control;
(7) pathological fracture;
(8) patients participating in other clinical trials;
(9) the researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials.
