研究目的：

1. 主要目的：比较OAB患者膀胱组织和癌旁正常膀胱组织差异基因，并对差异基因进行GO和KEGG功能分析，找到OAB致病的关键基因和分子通路。 2. 次要目的：构建OAB患者膀胱组织和癌旁正常膀胱组织细胞细胞图谱，鉴定OAB患者膀胱细胞亚群，并对亚群细胞进行功能分析。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main purpose: To compare the differentially expressed genes between bladder tissue of OAB patients and normal bladder tissue adjacent to cancer, and analyze the go and KEGG function of the differentially expressed genes, so as to find out the key genes and molecular pathways of OAB. 2. Secondary purpose: to construct cell maps of bladder tissues from patients with OAB and normal bladder tissues adjacent to cancer, identify bladder cell subsets from patients with OAB, and analyze their functions.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

病例组：1. 纳入标准：1）≥40岁；2) 尿动力学确诊的OAB患者；3) 尿动力学检查提示：在充盈期可见逼尿肌无抑制性收缩；4）同意随访。
对照组：1. 纳入标准：≥40岁，确诊膀胱肿瘤需进行膀胱癌根治术的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Case group: 1. Inclusion criteria: 1) ≥ 40 years old; 2) OAB patients were diagnosed by urodynamics; 3) Urodynamic examination showed that detrusor had no inhibitory contraction during filling period; 4) They agreed to follow up. 2.

Control group: 1. inclusion criteria: over 40 years of age, confirmed bladder cancer patients undergoing radical resection of bladder cancer.

排除标准：

病例组：排除标准：符合下列条件其中之一的患者：1) 不愿或不适合接受手术治疗；2) 正患有膀胱炎和（或）一月内发生过泌尿系统感染；3) 曾经或现在患有泌尿系统肿瘤；4) 既往有膀胱手术史；5) 其他系统疾病累积膀胱；6) 因其他原因研究者认为不宜纳入本试验。
对照组：排除标准：符合下列条件其中之一的患者：1) 同时合并OAB；2) 不愿或不适合接受手术治疗；3) 一月内发生过泌尿系统感染；4) 肿瘤累积膀胱范围大，难以取得正常膀胱组织；5) 既往有膀胱手术史；6) 其他系统疾病累积膀胱；7) 因其他原因研究者认为不宜纳入本试验。

Exclusion criteria：

Case group: exclusion criteria: patients meeting one of the following conditions: 1) unwilling or not suitable for surgical treatment; 2) He is suffering from cystitis and / or urinary tract infection within one month; 3) Had or is suffering from urinary system tumor; 4) He had a history of bladder surgery; 5) Other systemic diseases accumulate in bladder; 6) Due to other reasons, the researchers think it is not suitable to be included in this trial.

Control group: exclusion criteria: patients who met one of the following conditions: 1) combined with OAB; 2) Unwilling or unfit for surgical treatment; 3) Urinary tract infection occurred within one month; 4) It is difficult to obtain normal bladder tissue because of the large accumulation of tumor; 5) He had a history of bladder surgery; 6) Other systemic diseases accumulate in bladder; 7) Due to other reasons, the researchers think it is not suitable to be included in this trial.
