研究目的：

1、了解择期行非心脏大手术的老年患者衰弱的发生率； 2、评估相较于非衰弱老年患者，衰弱老年患者的术后生活恢复质量。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To understand the incidence of frailty in elderly patients undergoing elective major cardiac surgery; 2. To evaluate the quality of postoperative recovery of frailty patients compared with non-frailty elderly patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1、年龄大于等于65岁的老年人；
2、拟行择期非心脏大手术。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 65 years or above;
2. Planed to do elective major surgery except heart surgery.

排除标准：

1、不愿意签署知情同意书者；
2、无法完成衰弱评估量表者（如骨科手术、神经外科手术等）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who are unwilling to sign the informed consent form;
2. Those who are unable to complete the frailty assessment scale (such as orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery, etc.).
