研究目的：

全民健身事业是我国最近的举国政策，中国虽然作为体育大国，其全民体育基础薄弱，相对应的运动损伤的医疗保障更是欠缺。膝关节前交叉韧带（Anterior Cruciate Ligament,ACL）损伤是最常见的运动伤病之一。青少年的慢性ACL损伤具有极强隐匿性，易继发膝关节软骨、半月板损伤，甚至对青少年骨骺发育产生负面影响。传统诊断ACL慢性损伤只能通过核磁共振（Magnetic Resonance Imaging，MRI）诊断，费用较高，并不适用于社区或校园医院的早期筛查，而大量所以寻找一种简易设备诊断慢性青少年ACL损伤，建立规范化诊断标准，培训社区及校园医院医生对辖区内青少年进行早期筛查，不仅可以减少因慢性ACL损伤引起的青少年膝关节继发性损伤的危害，而且大大减低医疗成本，最终将该研究成果由广州市推广至省内，乃至全国。  

Objectives of Study：

To assess the optical somatosensory data of teengers with chronic anterior cruciate ligament injury screening diagnosis in Guangzhou

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

在2017年5月至2019年1月间，年龄小于20岁的前交叉韧带损伤的门诊初筛由课题负责人完成，主要通过手法Lachman及Poivt-shift试验来对患者做初步诊断。怀疑ACL损伤，即可纳入第二次筛查MRI检查，每个患者都需通过患肢膝关节3D-MRI对膝关节韧带进行评估并确诊。

Inclusion criteria

1. patient younger than 20 years;
2. teengers with chronic anterior cruciate ligament injury.

排除标准：

1.年龄不符合入组标准；2. 膝关节ACL运动损伤前已伴有膝关节骨性关节炎、关节软骨损伤、侧副韧带损伤、后交叉韧带损伤，关节内骨折等疾病；3.术前常规下肢静脉彩超证实存在血管损伤或静脉血栓形成；4.患侧下肢存在神经损伤；5.血常规、心、肺、肝、肾功能明显异常，代偿功能不足，或存在严重的全身系统疾病；6.有神经、精神系统疾患、妊娠、哺乳期妇女或有相关病史者合并严重器质性疾病等不宜手术者；7.不同意重建方法随机分配；8.三个月内曾参加其他临床研究。8.研究者认为应排除在本研究之外的其他任何情况。
