研究目的: |
本研究通过对癫痫病患儿和年龄相对应正常儿童进行磁共振常规序列、3D T1 、3D-ASL、DKI等序列扫描,通过3D-T1序列和VBM技术相结合将检查儿童脑白质、脑灰质、脑脊液等结构组织分割出来,再将分割出来的脑灰白质与3D-ASL灌注信息、DKI信息相结合,可以获得脑灰白质血流灌注信息、脑微细结构信息,对比两组儿童脑灰白质血流灌注信息、脑微细结构信息是否一致,如有不同,找出其差异,为临床医师对癫痫患儿早期诊断和治疗提供一个新的可能方向。 |

Objectives of Study: |
In this study, children with epilepsy and age-matched normal children were scanned with conventional MRI sequences, 3D T1, 3d-asl, DKI and other sequences. By combining 3d-t1 sequences and VBM technology, the structural tissues of children's brain white matter, gray matter, cerebrospinal fluid were segmented, and then the segmented gray matter was combined with 3d-asl perfusion information and DKI information, We can get the blood flow perfusion information and brain microstructure information of gray white matter, compare whether the blood flow perfusion information and brain microstructure information of two groups of children are consistent, if there are differences, find out the differences, and provide a new possible direction for clinicians to early diagnosis and treatment of children with epilepsy. |

纳入标准: |
1.对照组:2-6岁正常儿童(该组患儿为临床怀疑颅脑病变进行磁共振检查,磁共振检查结果均为正常的儿童); |

1.Control group: 2-6 years old normal children (this group of children with clinically suspected brain lesions underwent MRI, MRI results were normal children); |

排除标准: |
颅脑MRI检查结果诊断为除癫痫疾病之外其它疾病的患儿。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
