研究目的：

1. 明确乳腺癌和癌旁组织中miR-181b-5p、 SPP1的表达差异。探讨乳腺癌]组织中miR-181b-5p与SPP1的表达水平与肿瘤大小、是否转移等临床指标及弹性硬度等超声指标的关系。 2. 验证miR-181b-5p和SPP1的3’UTR直接结合。明确miR-181b-5p /SPP1在乳腺癌细胞生物学行为中的作用。明确miR-181b-5p是否通过抑制SPP1的表达来激活PI3K/AKT分子信号通路的活性而发挥相应的作用，为乳腺癌的诊治提供潜在的靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

本研究旨在通过临床样本检测和细胞实验研究阐述miR-181b-5p是否能够靶向SPP1调控PI3K-AKT信号通路，进而影响乳腺癌生物学行为。同时，应用多模态超声(2DUS、CDFI、SMI、SWE)采集乳腺癌患者肿物的超声图像信息，包括：大小、形态、位置、血流及硬度等，无创评估乳腺癌影像学表现与分子水平的关系。

纳入标准：

无

Inclusion criteria

①术前 2 周内接受过多模态超声检查；②超声显示乳腺实性病灶最大径≤3.50 cm；③参与本研究的患者均知情同意并签署知情同意书。

排除标准：

无

Exclusion criteria：

①术前进行过任何抗肿瘤相关治疗；②超声检查前做过活检、手术或其他特殊治疗；③超声显示乳腺实性病灶最大径>3.50 cm。
