研究目的：

1.主要研究目的：探索肺癌脑转移与肠道微生物的相关性，明确影响肺癌脑转移的肠道菌群特点；探索肠道菌群在肺癌脑转移中的作用机制和演变过程，并筛选与肺癌脑转移相关的炎性细胞因子，为临床预后判断及干预提供新方向。 2.次要研究目的：动态检测肠道菌群变化，观察脑外转移患者及无转移患者治疗后脑转移发生率及时间差异，能否进一步验证肠道菌群差异对脑转移的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Main research purposes: To explore the correlation between brain metastasis of lung cancer and intestinal microflora, and to identify the characteristics of intestinal microflora influencing brain metastasis of lung cancer; Objective to explore the mechanism and evolution of intestinal flora in brain metastasis of lung cancer, and screen inflammatory cytokines related to brain metastasis of lung cancer, so as to provide a new direction for clinical prognosis judgment and intervention. 2.Secondary research objective: to dynamically detect the changes of intestinal flora and observe the difference of incidence and time of brain metastasis between patients with and without brain metastasis after treatment, so as to further verify the influence of intestinal flora on brain metastasis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1．病理学或细胞学诊断为肺癌，肿瘤分期参照国际抗癌联盟（International Union Against Cancer， UICC） 第八版肺癌TNM 分期；
2．原发肺癌患者初始未治疗或规律抗肿瘤治疗，并近 2 个月内未全身使用过广谱抗生素、类固醇激素及益生菌制剂，且没有嗜酒、饮食不均衡等不良习惯；
3．年龄 18-65 岁，性别不限；
4．自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Lung cancer was diagnosed by pathology or cytology, and the tumor staging was according to the eighth edition of International Union against cancer (UICC) TNM staging;
2. Primary lung cancer patients were initially untreated or regular antitumor treatment, and did not have systemic use of broad-spectrum antibiotics, steroid hormones and probiotics in the past 2 months, and there were no bad habits such as alcoholism and unbalanced diet.
3. Aged 18 to 65 years, regardless of gender;
4. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1．患有糖尿病、肥胖、心血管系统疾病等代谢性疾病；
2．有消化系统手术史（如胃全或部分切除术后，胆囊切除术后，胃、结肠、回肠造瘦术等）；
3．有慢性感染性疾病或近 2 个月内有急性感染性疾病（如细菌性肺炎、病毒性肝炎、胃肠道炎症、胆囊胰腺等炎症性相关疾病）；
4．依从性差，中途退出者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular diseases and other metabolic diseases;
2. History of digestive system operation (such as total or partial gastrectomy, cholecystectomy, gastrostomy, colostomy, ileostomy, etc.);
3. Chronic infectious diseases or acute infectious diseases in recent 2 months (such as bacterial pneumonia)Inflammation related diseases such as cholecystitis, viral hepatitis, gastrointestinal inflammation, gallbladder and pancreas, etc;
4. Poor compliance and quitting halfway.
