研究目的：

（1）了解CTEPH患者BPA术后并发再灌注肺水肿的发生率。 （2）明确CTEPH患者BPA术后并发再灌注肺水肿的高危因素。 （3）制定CTEPH患者BPA术后预防再灌注肺水肿的评估策略。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To explore the incidence of reperfusion pulmonary edema after BPA in CTEPH patients. (2) Clarify the high-risk factors of reperfusion pulmonary edema after BPA in CTEPH patients. (3) Develop evaluation strategies for the prevention of reperfusion pulmonary edema after BPA in CTEPH patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①签署知情同意书
②连续入选2020年11月至2022年6月就诊于中国医学科学院阜外医院的慢性血栓栓塞性肺动脉高压患者，经过临床检查和右心导管检查确诊为CTEPH，肺动脉高压诊断标准依据2015年欧洲心脏病协会肺动脉高压诊断与治疗指南，静息状态下右心导管检测的肺动脉压平均压mPAP大于或等于25mmHg，肺毛细血管楔压（PCWP）小于或等于15mmHg。
③愿意接受BPA治疗

Inclusion criteria

①Sign the informed consent
②Continuously selected patients with chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension who were admitted to Fuwai Hospital from November 2020 to June 2022. After clinical examination and right heart catheterization, they were diagnosed as CTEPH. The diagnostic criteria for pulmonary hypertension were based on the 2015 ESC Guidelines (mPAP ≥ 25mmHg, and PCWP≤15mmHg).
③Willing to accept BPA treatment

排除标准：

①有精神疾病、药物成瘾史或其他疾病，患者不能签署知情同意书或者配合研究。
②病情不稳定者
③妊娠、哺乳。

Exclusion criteria：

①Patients with mental illness, history of drug addiction or other diseases cannot sign informed consent or cooperate in research.
②Persons with unstable condition
③Pregnancy and breastfeeding.
