研究目的：

验证阿莫罗芬-可溶性微针治疗效果，为临床治疗甲真菌病提供新方法。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of amorofen dissolvable microneedle in the treatment of onychomycosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.结合病史、体征及实验室检查，临床明确诊断的甲真菌病患者；
2.真菌直接镜检阳性和（或）真菌培养阳性；
3.年龄≧18岁，男女不限；
4.全甲毁损型或近端甲下型甲真菌病患者（甲板无明显增厚），OSI评分8-10分。

Inclusion criteria

1. According to the history, physical signs and laboratory examination, the patients with onychomycosis were diagnosed clinically;
2. Direct microscopic examination and / or fungal culture were positive;
3. Aged >=18 years, male and female;
4. OSI score 8-10.

排除标准：

1.局部有渗出或合并活动性细菌、病毒感染者；
2.患有神经精神疾病或正在使用 影响疗效的其他药物治疗者；
3.银屑病患者；
4.入选前 4 周内系统应用过抗真菌制剂治疗者或系统使用过糖皮质激素者；
5.入选前 2 周内局部外用过抗真 菌药物者；
6.在筛选之前 30 d 内参加其他药物试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Partially exuded or combined with active bacteria or virus infection;
2. Those who suffer from neuropsychiatric diseases or are using other medications that affect the curative effect;
3. Psoriasis patients;
4. Those who have systematically used antifungal agents or have used glucocorticoids systematically within 4 weeks before being selected;
5. Those who have used topical anti-fungal drugs within 2 weeks before being selected;
6. Participate in other drug trials within 30 days before screening.
