主要目的：建立乳牙龋风险评估模型，并验证该模型的可信度。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To establish a caries risk assessment model for primary teeth and verify the reliability of the model.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 3岁无龋儿童队列：
（1）全口无龋；
（2）监护人签署知情同意书。
2. 3岁有龋儿童队列：
（1）至少一颗乳牙患龋；
（2）监护人签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. A cohort of 3-year-old children with caries free:
(1) No caries in their teeth;
(2) Informed consent signed by guardian.
2. A cohort of 3-year-old children with dental caries:
(1) At least one primary tooth has dental caries;
(2) Informed consent signed by guardian.

排除标准：

1.有严重疾病无法完成随访；
2.不能配合口腔检查。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Having a serious illness and unable to complete the follow-up;
2.Cannot cooperate with oral examination.
