纳入标准：

失眠障碍患者
a.入组标准：符合DSM-5 (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders,
DSM) 诊断标准的失眠障碍; 年龄18-65岁，男女不限，汉族，右利手；初中及以
上学历, MMSE≥24分；过去三个月内的日常就寝时间介于晚上9点至凌晨1点之间，
且日常每晚在床上的时间＞7小时。
健康睡眠者
a.入组标准：符合文献报道健康睡眠者的标准[14]; 年龄18-65岁，男女不限，汉
族，右利手；初中及以上学历, MMSE≥24分；过去三个月内的日常就寝时间介于
晚上9点至凌晨1点之间，且日常每晚在床时间≥7小时。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with insomnia. Admission criteria: insomnia in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of DSM-5 (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, DSM); age 18-65 years old, male or female, Han nationality, right-handed; junior high school and above education, MMSE ≥ 24; daily bedtime in the past three months was between 9: 00 p.m. and 1: 00 a.m., and spent more than 7 hours in bed every night
Healthy sleepers a. Admission criteria: meet the criteria of healthy sleepers reported in the literature; age 18-65 years old, male or female, Han nationality, right-handed; junior high school education, MMSE ≥ 24; daily bedtime in the past three months is between 9: 00 p.m. and 1: 00 a.m., and daily bedtime is more than 7 hours every night.

排除标准：

排除标准：目前符合任何一种常见精神障碍（包括重度抑郁发作、双相情感障碍、精神分裂症、酒精或药物依赖等） ；合并有严重的躯体疾病或脑内器质性
病变者；伴其他睡眠障碍；在前3个月夜班或旅行者跨越两个时区；参与试验前至
少2周之前服用影响睡眠的药物；妊娠或哺乳期妇女；肥胖者；磁共振成像检查禁
忌者。磁共振成像检查禁忌者包括：曾接受过心脏起搏器植入手术、体内有移植
物或金属异物、有严重基础疾病、幽闭恐惧症受试者等。

排除标准：目前符合任何一种常见精神障碍（包括重度抑郁发作、双相情
感障碍、精神分裂症、酒精或药物依赖等） ；合并有严重的躯体疾病或脑内器质性
病变者；伴其他睡眠障碍；在前3个月夜班或旅行者跨越两个时区；参与试验前至
少2周之前服用影响睡眠的药物；妊娠或哺乳期妇女；肥胖者；磁共振成像检查禁
忌者。磁共振成像检查禁忌者包括：曾接受过心脏起搏器植入手术、体内有移植
物或金属异物、有严重基础疾病、幽闭恐惧症受试者等。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: currently meet any common mental disorders (including severe depressive episodes, bipolar affection , sensory disorders, schizophrenia, alcohol or drug dependence, etc.); with severe somatic or organic brain disorders; with other sleep disorders. Night shifts or travelers span two time zones in the first 3 months; take sleep-affecting drugs at least 2 weeks before participating in the trial; pregnant or lactating women; obese; contraindications for magnetic resonance imaging. Contraindications in magnetic resonance imaging include those who have undergone cardiac pacemaker implantation, grafts or metal foreign bodies in the body, severe underlying diseases, claustrophobia, and so on.
