研究目的:

设计深度学习(CNN)模型,通过迁移学习,辅助诊断骨折AO分型。探究AI模型在治疗方式(复位或手术等)选择上的辅助作用。将AI模型从识别桡骨远端骨折AO分型,推广到识别长管状骨乃至全身骨骼骨折AO分型,构建完善的全身骨折自动识别及AO分型的AI应用平台。  

Objectives of Study:

A deep learning (CNN) model was designed to assist in the diagnosis of fracture AO typing through transfer learning.To explore the auxiliary role of AI model in the selection of treatment modalities (reduction or surgery).The AI model was extended from recognizing AO typing of distal radius fracture to recognizing AO typing of long tubular bone and even whole body bone fracture, and a complete AI application platform for automatic recognition and AO typing of whole body fracture was constructed.

纳入标准:

已做X光的桡骨远端骨折的患者,并诊断为“桡骨远端骨折”,且图像质量满意。

Inclusion criteria

A patient with a fracture of the distal radius who had been x-rayed and was diagnosed as a "fracture of the distal radius" with satisfactory image quality.

排除标准:

影像图像质量差(存在运动伪影等,难以进行图像校正)

Exclusion criteria:

Image quality is poor (there are motion artifacts, etc., so image correction is difficult)

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

由研究生负责收集本单位桡骨远端骨折病人的X线片,并做好信息记录,并存储于本研究的深度学习机; 由项目参与人孙德顺负责数据的管理,并存储于本研究的深度学习机。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

The graduate students are responsible for collecting the X-ray films of patients with distal radius fracture in our unit, and recording the information and storing it in the deep learning machine of this study. Sun Deshun, a participant of the project, is responsible for the management of the data, which is stored in the deep learning machine of this study.
