研究目的：

1. 比较保乳手术，乳房切除术（改良根治术）和乳房重建术三种不同治疗方案的乳腺癌生存者的临床决策冲突、临床决策后悔程度、病耻感、和生活质量的水平， 2. 探索临床决策冲突、临床决策后悔程度、病耻感对生活质量的影响  

Objectives of Study：

to examine the difference of decisional conflict, decision regret, stigma, and QoL for BCSs who underwent different surgical treatment, as well as the effect of stigma, decisional conflict, and decision regret on QoL for BCSs.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）诊断为乳腺癌I-III级患者。
（2）治疗方案为保乳手术、乳房切除术（改良根治术）和乳房重建术三种之一的乳腺癌患者。
（3）完成辅助化疗和放疗

Inclusion criteria

(1) had been diagnosed as invasive breast cancer with I-III stages;
(2) had been treated with either breast conservative surgery or mastectomy or mastectomy with reconstruction; (3) had completed adjuvant chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy;

排除标准：

（1）男性乳腺癌患者。
（2）伴有其他恶性肿瘤或并发症的早期乳腺癌患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) men;
(2) having a concurrent major physical or psychological illness.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集采用线上和线下两种方式采集，线下在医院的乳癌俱乐部通过纸质问卷采集，线上通过微信群里问卷星平台采集。 数据严格保密。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Both paper and online questionnaire surveys were used for data collection. Two out of the three participating hospitals have breast cancer clubs. During their annual BCSs club activities, the head nurses distributed the questionnaires to eligible BCSs and invited them to complete the questionnaire. For another hospital without breast cancer club, the online platform “Questionnaire Star” was used to collect data. The head nurses sent invitation letters and distributed the survey link to the eligible BCSs via WeChat. The data confidentiality and participation voluntary were emphasised.
