研究目的：

研究anti-MDA5 DM的免疫病理机制，确立自身反应性B细胞在 anti-MDA5 DM致病机理中的关键作用；分析MDA5-自身反应性B 细胞与anti-MDA5 DM主要临床指标、疾病活动度、病情转归之间关系，检测疾病消长变化。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to study the immunopathological mechanism of anti-mda5 DM and establish the key role of auto reactive B cells in the pathogenesis of anti-mda5 DM and to analyze the relationship between MDA5 - self reactive B cells and anti-mda5 DM main clinical indicators, disease activity, disease outcome, and detect the change of disease growth and decline.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

anti-MDA5 DM 患者满足 1975 年 Bohan 和 Peter 诊断标准；肌炎抗体MDA5阳性。

Inclusion criteria

Anti MDA5 DM patients met Bohan and Peter diagnostic criteria in 1975 ; The antibody MDA5 was positive.

排除标准：

1.使用过利妥昔单抗等B细胞剔除治疗；
2.重叠综合征；
3.合并肿瘤、感染；
4.儿童、孕妇。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have used rituximab and other B cell depletion treatments;
2. Overlap syndrome;
3. Combined with tumor and infection;
4. Children, pregnant women.
