研究目的：

本研究评价左心室心肌应变指标在脓毒症心肌病诊断中的特异性和灵敏性，并探讨其在SIC预测死亡风险中的作用，通过建模族和验证组建立儿童脓毒症心肌病死亡预测模型，以探索SIC心功能评估的敏感性、特异性、可操作性指标。SIC患者心肌应变值的测定在未来可能会成为一种常规的测量方法，以更好地指导临床。  

Objectives of Study：

This study evaluated the specificity and sensitivity of left ventricular strain index in the diagnosis of septic cardiomyopathy, and explored its role in predicting the death risk of SiC. Through the modeling family and validation group, we established the death prediction model of children with septic cardiomyopathy, in order to explore the sensitivity, specificity and operability index of SiC cardiac function evaluation. The measurement of myocardial strain in patients with SiC may become a routine measurement method in the future, in order to better guide clinical practice.

纳入标准：

1.年龄1月-18岁。
2.符合《2005版儿科脓毒症会议共识：脓毒症、器官功能障碍定义》诊断标准。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age: 1 month to 18 years old.
2According to the diagnostic criteria of "consensus of pediatric sepsis Conference 2005: definition of sepsis and organ dysfunction".

排除标准：

排除心肌细胞损伤或缺血性心肌疾病、先天性心脏病、特异性心肌病、心肌炎、川崎病、终末肾病、心胸外伤、14天内有心肺复苏病史、乳酸代谢相关性疾病、特发性心律失常等。

Exclusion criteria：

Myocardial cell injury or ischemic myocardial disease, congenital heart disease, specific cardiomyopathy, myocarditis, Kawasaki disease, end-stage renal disease, cardiothoracic trauma, cardiopulmonary resuscitation within 14 days, lactic acid metabolism related diseases and idiopathic arrhythmia were excluded.
