研究目的：

1.本研究首先通过测量白内障患者/健康志愿者晶状体硬度的弹性值，证实SWE在测量白内障患者晶状体的弹性值具有很好的一致性。 2.通过对白内障患者/健康志愿者晶状体硬度弹性值的测量，探讨两者之间有无硬度差异。 3.通过测量白内障患者晶状体核硬度情况，进一步量化硬度指标，对晶状体核硬度进行分级，为临床分级提供有价值的方法。  

Objectives of Study：

1. This study firstly measured the elasticity of the lens hardness of cataract patients/healthy volunteers, and confirmed that SWE has good consistency in measuring the elasticity of the lens of cataract patients. 2. To investigate the difference of hardness between cataract patients and healthy volunteers by measuring the elastic value of lens hardness 3. By measuring the hardness of the lens nucleus of cataract patients, further quantifying the hardness index, grading the hardness of the lens nucleus, providing a valuable method for clinical grading.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）眼科诊断为老年性白内障的患者和对照组均进行了全面的眼科检查。使用传统方法，通过基于LOCS II的裂隙灯检查对白内障密度进行分级。在评估患者的最佳视力后，进行生物显微镜检查，测量眼压，并在使用托吡卡胺(1%)滴眼液散瞳后，用生物显微镜裂隙灯检查对白内障密度进行分级。
（2）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) The patients diagnosed with senile cataract in the ophthalmology department and the control group have undergone a comprehensive ophthalmological examination. Using traditional methods, cataract density is graded through a slit lamp inspection based on LOCS II. After assessing the patient’s best vision, a biomicroscopic examination was performed to measure intraocular pressure, and after tropecaramide (1%) eye drops were used to dilate the pupil, the cataract density was graded with a biomicroscope slit lamp examination.
(2) Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）年龄<18岁
（2）孕妇
（3）外伤性白内障和青光眼患者，以及阻碍晶状体检查的眼病患者
（4）眼科检查为1级或2级白内障的患者
（5）糖尿病等可能导致白内障的全身疾病患者。
（6）患者同时参与另一个临床试验

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Age <18 years old
(2) Pregnant women
(3) Patients with traumatic cataracts and glaucoma, as well as patients with ophthalmopathy who hinder lens examination
(4) Patients with grade 1 or 2 cataract in eye examination
(5) Diabetes and other systemic diseases that may cause cataracts.
(6) The patient participates in another clinical trial at the same time
