研究目的：

要目的是通过气相色谱-质谱联用对患者呼出气中的挥发性化合物进行分析，并和液相色谱-质谱联用对患者唾液和尿液中的中的代谢产物进行分析，以找到可以辅助乳腺癌和乳腺结节诊断的生物标志物。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose is to analyze volatile compounds in exhaled breath of patients by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and metabolites in saliva and urine of patients by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, so as to find biomarkers that can assist in the diagnosis of breast cancer and breast nodules.

纳入标准：

受试者入选标准:
乳腺肿瘤病人组：
（1）年龄大于18岁，且无吸烟史的女性；
（2）临床体检及影像学检查提示为乳腺肿块，术后经病理诊断证实为乳腺癌或乳腺良性肿瘤；
（3）既未接受手术、放疗、化疗及内分泌治疗；
（4）知情同意。
正常人对照组：
（1）年龄大于18岁，且无吸烟史的女性；
（2）健康状况良好；
（3）无肿瘤病史；
（4）无糖尿病、风湿病等其他慢性病史；
（5）近期未患感染性疾病。
（6）知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Women aged over 18 years without smoking history;

(2) clinical physical examination and imaging examination suggest a breast lump, which is confirmed by pathological diagnosis after operation.

(3) No operation, radiotherapy, chemotherapy or endocrine therapy was given;

(4) Informed consent.

Normal control group

(1) Women aged over 18 years without smoking history;

(2) They are in good health;

(3) No history of tumor;

(4) no diabetes, rheumatism and other chronic diseases.

(5) no recent infectious diseases.

(6) Informed consent.

排除标准：

受试者排除标准:
乳腺肿瘤病人组：
（1）患者有吸烟史。
（2）患者已接受手术、放疗、化疗及内分泌治疗。
（3）合并其他肿瘤或有其他肿瘤病史。
（4）患有慢性疾病，如糖尿病等。
（5）近期有局部或系统性感染。
（6）肺的通换气功能异常。
（7）患者无自知能力。

(1) The patient had a history of smoking.

(2) The patient has received surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and endocrine therapy.

(3) Combined with other tumors or history of other tumors.

(4) chronic diseases, such as diabetes.

(5) Recent local or systemic infection.

(6) The function of lung ventilation is abnormal.

(7) The patient had no self-knowledge.
