研究目的：

（1）为小针刀治疗膝骨性关节炎提供大样本、长期随访的临床资料； （2）为推出既提高临床疗效，又降低医疗费用的膝骨性关节炎治疗方法提供可行性依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Provide large-sample, long-term follow-up clinical data for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with small acupotomy; 2. To provide a feasibility basis for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis that promotes clinical efficacy and reduces medical costs.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合西医疾病诊断标准
（2）符合中医疾病诊断标准
（3）年龄在40～75岁之间的患者
（4）近两周未用药物或其它治疗方法治疗
（5）签署进入研究知情同意书者

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet Western disease diagnostic criteria;
(2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of Chinese medicine;
(3) Patients aged 40 to 75 years old;
(4) No treatment with drugs or other treatments in the past two weeks;
(5) Signed to enter the study informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）不符合骨性关节炎诊断标准者
（2）不属于小针刀作用范围内病例
（3）并发病影响到关节者如牛皮癣,梅毒性神经病,褐黄病,代谢性骨病,急性创伤等
（4）哺乳妊娠或正准备妊娠的妇女
（5）过敏体质及对多种药物过敏者
（6）合并心血管脑血管肝肾造血系统、内分泌系统等严重原发性疾病及精神病患者
（7）病情危重，难以对治疗的有效性和安全性作出确切评价者
（8）不能坚持本方案或接受其它治疗方法，影响疗效观察者
（9）关节间隙显著狭窄或关节间形成骨桥而呈骨性强直者患肢有血管、神经损伤史者
（10）年龄低于40岁或超过75岁者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients who do not meet the diagnostic criteria for osteoarthritis;
(2) Cases that are not within the scope of the small acupotomy;
(3) Co-morbidities affect the joints, such as psoriasis, syphilitic neuropathy, brown yellow disease, metabolic bone disease, and acute trauma;
(4) Women who are pregnant or are preparing for pregnancy;
(5) allergies and allergic to a variety of drugs;
(6) Combining cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic, renal, hematopoietic, and endocrine systems with severe primary disease and psychosis;
(7) The patient is critically ill and it is difficult to make an exact assessment of the effectiveness and safety of the treatment;
(8) Cannot adhere to this protocol or receive other treatments that affect the efficacy observer;
(9) Significant stenosis of the joint space or the formation of bone bridges between the joints and bone rigidity; patients with a history of blood vessel and nerve injury.

本研究的随机分组由安徽中医药大学第二附属医院科研科承担。随机化方案以及产生该方案过程中设定的各个参数统称为盲底，由随机分组方案产生人员密封签名，并由评价中心不参与本项目的课题组管理人员负责保管。随机系统设定了严格的人员权限，除最高级别的系统管理员外，其他人没有权限查看的随机方案，能保证做到完全随机分配，排除人为干扰。本研究运用完全随机化分组方法，将患者按纳入试验的时间顺序从1到200编号，从随机数字表中任意一个数开始,沿同一方向顺序获取200个随机数，并将随机数除以2求余数，余数2为A组，余数为1为B组，若两组例数不等，再做相应调整。分组后给予试验对象相应的ID号。
