研究目的：

1.采集患者健侧和患侧的肌电信号进行对比，探讨痉挛与肌电信号的关系。 2.观察阴阳平衡针法对于中风后上肢痉挛状态的影响是否优于传统针刺法。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Collect electric signals of affected and unaffected upper limb on patients after stroke to explore the the relationship between spasticity and surface electromyography; 2. To observe whether the yin-yang balance acupuncture for upper limb spasticity is better than traditional acupuncture.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

40例中风后痉挛性瘫痪的患者被随机分为两组：阴阳平衡针刺组和传统针刺组。阴阳平衡针刺组取穴肩髃、曲池、外关、极泉、尺泽、内关，阴经采用泻法，阳经采用补法。传统针刺组则按照教材取穴，使用平补平泻的手法。两组方案进行2周，每次30min。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

40 stroke patients with spastic upper limb are divide into two groups.The acupoints of banlance acupuncture group includes jianyu,quchi,waiguan,jiquan,chize and neiguan.The traditional acupuncture group's acupoints are based on the book.Two groups will be carried on for two weeks and each time will last for 30 minutes. 

纳入标准：

①符合诊断标准初次发病脑梗死或者脑出血者，病程 2 周~6 个月；②改良的 Ashworth 量表评定患侧肱二头肌肌张力为 1 级、1+级或 2级；③Brunnstrom2~3 期；④年龄 30~60 岁，性别不限；⑤生命体征平稳；⑥较好的认知能力，MMSE 评分≥20 分；⑦自愿参加试验，并签署《知情同意书》。

Inclusion criteria

1. meet the diagnostic criteria for the first onset of cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage, duration of 2 weeks to 6 months;
2. MAS:1,1+,2;
3. Brunnstrom2 ~ 3;
4. aged 30 to 60 years male and female;
5. stable vital signs;
6. MMSE score ≥ 20;
7. sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

①发病次数大于 1 次； ②病情不稳定或抑郁倾向；③合并其他神经系统疾病；④恶性肿瘤或出血倾向；⑤妊娠或哺乳期患者；⑥拒绝签署《知情同意书》。

Exclusion criteria：

1. incidence of more than 1 times;
2. unstable or depressive tendency;
3. combined with other neurological diseases;
4. malignant or bleeding tendency;
5. pregnancy or breast-feeding patients.
