研究目的：

本研究的目的在于从基因层面探索癫痫患儿人群中单个个体对于多种抗癫痫药物不同的应答反应，为病患人群制订个体化、精准化、高效化一体的治疗方案，提高抗癫痫药物利用率及癫痫控制率，提高患儿及家长生活质量，缓解家庭及社会压力。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is from the gene level to explore individual epilepsy in children with the crowd for a variety of different antiepileptic drug response, for the patient population to formulate individualized, precision and efficiency, the integration of treatment plan, control and improve the utilization efficiency of antiepileptic drugs and epilepsy, improve the quality of children and their parents live, alleviate the pressure of the family and society.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.根据临床发作及脑电图检查结果确诊为癫痫；2.可以明确癫痫类型或癫痫综合征；3.服用抗癫痫药物达到药物最低药物剂量（如丙戊酸钠，20mg/kg）；4.规律服用抗癫痫药物，且维持最低药物剂量持续3个月以上。

Inclusion criteria

1. According to the clinical seizure and eeg examination results, the diagnosis of epilepsy 2. Take antiepileptic drugs to the lowest drug dose (e.g., valproate 20mg/kg)4. Take antiepileptic drugs regularly and maintain the lowest drug dose for more than 3 months

排除标准：

1.不能判定发作类型或包含多种发作类型；2.服用抗癫痫药物期间同时长期服用其他类型药物（如激素、免疫抑制剂等）；3.明确为发育性癫痫性脑病（DEE）者（目前已知的DEE相关的96个基因以及MECP2等）；4.明确代谢性癫痫（GLUT1基因缺陷）、甘氨酸脑病等；5.起始应用多种抗癫痫药物，而无法明确单药疗效的；6.依从性较差，无法规律服药者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unable to determine the type of attack or containing multiple attack types; 2. Long-term use of other types of drugs (such as hormones and immunosuppressants) while taking antiepileptic drugs; 3. Identified as DEVELOPMENTAL epileptic encephalopathy (DEE) (currently known 96 genes and MECP2, etc.); 4. Identify metabolic epilepsy (GLUT1 gene defect), glycine encephalopathy, etc.; 5. The initial application of multiple antiepileptic drugs, but the efficacy of single drug is not clear; 6. Poor compliance, unable to take medicine regularly.
