研究目的:

本研究通过对正常人群进行三叉神经电刺激和正中神经电刺激,并同时利用fNIRS观察额颞叶大脑皮层氧合血红蛋白含量的实时变化,以明确: 1.三叉神经电刺激相较正中神经电刺激对额颞叶大脑皮层脑区活动的差别; 2.三叉神经电刺激对额颞叶脑区的活动的影响; 3.正中神经电刺激对额颞叶脑区的活动的影响; 4.三叉神经电刺激和正中神经电刺激对额颞叶各脑区连接的影响。  

Objectives of Study:

This study used trigeminal nerve electrical stimulation and median nerve electrical stimulation on normal people, and used fNIRS to observe the real-time changes in the content of oxygenated hemoglobin in the cerebral cortex of the frontotemporal lobes to clarify: 1. The difference between the electrical stimulation of the trigeminal nerve and the electrical stimulation of the median nerve on the activity of the cerebral cortex of the frontotemporal lobe; 2. The effect of electrical stimulation of the trigeminal nerve on the activity of the frontotemporal lobe brain area; 3. The effect of median nerve electrical stimulation on the activity of the frontotemporal lobe brain area; 4. The influence of trigeminal nerve electrical stimulation and median nerve electrical stimulation on the connections of frontotemporal lobes.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.年龄≥18岁;
2.使用爱丁堡用手量表测定了用手习惯为右利手;
3.自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged >= 18 years;
2. Use the Edinburgh hand scale to measure the hand habit as right-handed;
3. Sign the informed consent form voluntarily.

排除标准:

1.神经脑血管病史;
2.精神疾病病史;
3.长期及短期内心血管药物服用史;
4.药物滥用或酒精依赖;
5.精神心理异常、认知障碍、心脏疾病、高血压疾病或其它躯体疾病影响研究结果;
6.颅脑手术外伤史;
7.头面部皮肤缺损、感染、较大瘢痕;
8.孕期。

Exclusion criteria:

1. History of neuro-cerebrovascular disease;
2. History of mental illness;
3. Long-term and short-term history of taking cardiovascular drugs;
4. Drug abuse or alcohol dependence;
5. Mental and psychological abnormalities, cognitive impairment, heart disease, hypertension or other physical diseases affect the results of the study;
6. History of traumatic brain surgery;
7. Skin defects, infections, and large scars on the head and face;
8. During pregnancy.
