研究目的：

本研究通过对正常人群进行三叉神经电刺激和正中神经电刺激，并同时利用fNIRS观察额颞叶大脑皮层氧合血红蛋白含量的实时变化，以明确： （1）三叉神经电刺激相较正中神经电刺激对额颞叶大脑皮层脑区活动的差别； （2）三叉神经电刺激对额颞叶脑区的活动的影响； （3）正中神经电刺激对额颞叶脑区的活动的影响； （4）比较三叉神经电刺激和正中神经电刺激对额颞叶各脑区连接的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is aimed to compare the real-time concentration change of the hemoglobin in frontal and temporal cerebral cortex using fNIRS between trigeminal nerve stimulation and median nerve stimulation in normal adults, to clarify: (1) The difference on activity of frontal and temporal lobe between trigeminal nerve stimulation and median nerve stimulation;the three-forked neuroelectric stimulation of neuronal neuroelectric stimulation on the brain of temporal octal cerebral cortex; (2) Effect of trigeminal nerve stimulation on the activity of the frontal and temporal region; (3) Effect of median nerve stimulation on the activity of the frontal and temporal region; (4) Compare the functional connection in frontal and temporal lobe between trigeminal nerve stimulation and median nerve stimulation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥18岁；（2）使用爱丁堡用手量表测定了用手习惯为右利手；（3）自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age over 18 years old; (2) right-handed according Edinburgh Handedness Inventory; (3) Written consent was obtained.

排除标准：

（1）神经脑血管病史；（2）精神疾病病史；（3）长期及短期内心血管药物服用史；（4）药物滥用或酒精依赖；（5）精神心理异常、认知障碍、心脏疾病、高血压疾病或其它躯体疾病影响研究结果；（6）颅脑手术外伤史；（7）头面部皮肤缺损、感染、较大瘢痕；（8）孕期。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) history of neurological disorder; (2) history of psychiatric disorder; (3) took cardiovascular-related drug; (4) drug abuse or alcohol dependence; (5) mental abnormal mentality, cognitive impairment, cardiac disease, hypertension or other physical diseases which affect study results; (6) history of craniocerebral surgery or trauma; (7) skin defect, infection, or large scar on head; (8) during pregnancy. ;
