研究目的：

1.广东地区育龄女性的血清AMH水平 2.多囊卵巢综合征患者的AMH水平 3.AMH检测在超排卵过程中的指导作用  

Objectives of Study：

1. TO study the serum AMH levels in Guangdong women of childbearing age; 2. TO study the AMH levels in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome; 3. To explore the guiding role of AMH detection in the process of supervulation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.在广州中山大学附属第一医院生殖中心因男方因素不育而就诊的健康女性，及健康女性志愿者。
2.40岁以下者应未绝经，在至少过去的一年内月经规律（25-35天/周期）。
3.如有孕产史，应距离上次生育至少6个月，非哺乳期。

Inclusion criteria

1. Healthy women volunteers and healthy women in Th eReproductive Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen Univercity due to male infertility;
2. People under the age of 40 should not be menopausal and have menstrual patterns for at least the past year (25-35 days / cycle);
3. If having a history of pregnancy, she should be at least 6 months from the last childbirth, and non-lactation.

排除标准：

1.输卵管问题；
2.内分泌系统疾病，代谢综合征，垂体疾病，多囊卵巢综合征；
3.接受过子宫或卵巢手术；
4.3个月内使用过避孕药或其他影响激素水平的药物。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Tubal problem infertility;
2. Endocrine system diseases, metabolic syndrome, pituitary disease, polycystic ovary syndrome;
3. Have received uterine or ovarian surgery;
4. Using contraceptives or other hormonal effects of drugs within 3 months.
