研究目的：

我们试图通过观察药物治疗前后全基因组甲基化的改变和相应基因的表达变化，以及治疗前后脑影像学改变的结果，全面系统了解抗精神病药治疗的基因组甲基化效应；发现相关的药物效应基因；了解药物疗效对脑结构和功能的影响。也将使我们更深入地理解抗精神病药作用机制以及分裂症本身的病理机制。  

Objectives of Study：

We aim to explore the effect of short period of antipsychotic drug treatment on DNA methylation status, gene expression level and structure and activity of brain; searching for treatment related genes. This study will be the study to examine the effect of antipsychotic drugs on DNA methylation at whole genome level. This will help us to understand the mechanism of antipsychotic drugs and pathologic mechanism of schizophrenia.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

符合美国精神障碍诊断和统计手册第四版修订版精神分裂症的诊断标准；18岁≤年龄≤40岁。首次发病，病程少于1年；起病以来，未曾接受任何抗精神病药物治疗。右利手；汉族.

Inclusion criteria

All patients were drug-naive and were experiencing their first episode psychosis when enrolled to this study. They were diagnosed according to the Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-IV-TR (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, forth edition, American Psychiatric Association, 2000), patient version (SCID-I/P), and all patients met the diagnostic criteria for schizoprenia. Patients had an onset age from 18 to 40 years, and had less than 1 year duration of disease. All participants were Chinese Han people and right-handed.

排除标准：

有脑器质性疾病或颅脑损伤史；有酒精和药物依赖病史；昏迷史；内分泌疾病史；经检查血象、心、肝、肾功能异常者；妊娠期和哺乳妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

Participants with a history of neurological illness, physical disorders or substance abuse, coma history, pregnancy and breastfeeding women were excluded from this study
