研究目的：

(1)研究CT成像是否能区分浸润前肺腺癌(pre-IAC;非典型腺瘤性增生、原位腺癌、微浸润腺癌)。 (2)以最终病理结果比较CT成像和术中冰冻切片分析的准确性  

Objectives of Study：

(1)To investigate whether CT imaging could distinguish pre-invasive lung adenocarcinoma (pre-IAC; atypical adenomatous hyperplasia, adenocarcinoma in situ, and minimally invasive adenocarcinoma) from IAC. (2)To compare final pathology prediction accuracy between CT imaging and intraoperative frozen section analysis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)根据第8版TMN分级指南，经最终病理证实的0期或IA期肺腺癌;
(2)存有完整术前薄层CT (0.625 mm - 1.25 mm)资料;
(3)行手术后将切除的结节送石蜡切片，保留有完整病理结果。

Inclusion criteria

(1)stage 0 or IA lung adenocarcinoma confirmed by final pathology, according to the 8th Edition of the TMN Classification;
(2)availability of preoperative thin section CT (0.625 mm–1.25 mm) FS results;
(3)resected nodules were sent for paraffin section, and final pathological results were available

排除标准：

(1)既往有恶性肿瘤、放疗、化疗或活检史;
(2)其他恶性肿瘤史;
(3)CT或病理资料不足;
(4)多发性肺结节

Exclusion criteria：

(1)previous history of malignant tumor, radiation therapy, chemotherapy, or biopsy;
(2)other malignant diseases;
(3)insufficient CT or pathology quality;
(4)multiple pulmonary nodules
