研究目的：

了解我国跨性别人群的健康现状，掌握跨性别女性HIV感染状况及相关影响因素， 获得跨性别女性HIV检测情况，掌握跨性别女性PEP、PrEP认知、接受情况及使用/支付意愿，了解跨性别女性国内外旅居史、旅居期间性行为发生情况，以及对艾滋病的认知程度以及艾滋防控在此人群中的工作进展，为促进跨性别高危人群的健康状况、制定针对此人群的防治措施以及明确进一步研究方向提供科学参考和依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To understand the health status of the transgender population in China, grasp the HIV infection status of trans women and related influencing factors, obtain the HIV testing status of trans women, grasp the cognition, acceptance and willingness to use/pay for PEP and Prep, understand the history of trans women's domestic and foreign sojourn, and the occurrence of sexual behavior during sojourn. It also provides scientific reference and basis for promoting the health status of transgender high-risk groups, formulating prevention and treatment measures for this group and clarifying the direction of further research.

纳入标准：

1）年龄：18-65周岁；2）出生时为男性，自身认为心理性别不同于生理性别者；3）对本研究方案知情，同意参加调查并自愿签署知情同意书者；4）愿意如实反馈自身信息；5）会使用智能电子设备。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age: 18-65 years old; 2) those born male who consider their psychological sex to be different from their biological sex; 3) Those who know the research program, agree to participate in the survey and sign the informed consent voluntarily; 4) Willing to give honest feedback about themselves; 5) Able to use smart electronic devices.

排除标准：

1）年龄小于18岁或大于65岁；2）自身认为心理性别与生理性别一致者；3）不愿意签署知情同意书者；4）不愿意如实反馈自身信息；
5）不会使用智能电子设备。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Under 18 years old or over 65 years old; 2) Those who believe that psychological gender is gender-conforming to physiological gender; 3) Unwilling to sign the Informed Consent; 4) Unwilling to give honest feedback about themselves;
5) Not using smart electronic devices.
